The fetus in the early weeks of pregnancy is the size of the thumbnail and has not developed advanced functioning, not even the ability to feel pain.

The heart starts beating at 22 days. That's advanced functioning. And that's usually before a woman even knows she is pregnant. It's a life, a human being. To rationalize otherwise is just to rationalize murder.
