Yiwu, <very few Indians are willing to go back to India,> People like what they grew up with. They like family, friends, foods and climates.

People go over the horizon to the global river of money to fill their tanks in their earning years, then cart it back to their village to enjoy.

Friends in Kerala, India did that having earned it in Alcatel. We did that having earned it from Texaco in Canada and BP Oil in London and Belgium. We know other people who have done that. Now, people don't even need to travel to dabble in the money river.

Cyberspace is flowing everywhere, delivered increasingly on those magical CDMA2000 phragmented photons right to where the person is, rather than them having to clamber over the horizon to the river.
