stock futures are so far, more or less, unchanged tonight. As has the overall market been generally unchanged since the post-invasion bounce.
I've been wondering for a few months if the market would take the neocon implosion as bad news for any vaccuum it might leave or as good news on the consideration that even a vaccuum would be better than what we have now.
Was the bounce in the market due partly to the Iraq hostilities ending or due partly to an awareness that the neocon implosion was inescapable and economically preferrable in a sense that would benefit the equity investment environment?
Kinda like a "drawdown of excess political inventory".
