<<the nature of power>>
or
<<discerning>>

This is an excellent observation Ron. You didn't mention the process by which you discern the motivation of your enemies. Since we are discussing the <<nature of power>> it might be valuable for readers to understand this process, Mr. Wolfowitz's comments on American foreign policy mistakes in Iraq highlight this aspect of your post.

I imagine that you are here and I am there. This method is reliable insofar as it is tolerable.

"Let the rest of the world perceive that Bush and Kim are equally "crazy"..." No, Bush is not proving he is crazy, merely that he is unable to deal with the situation. Powell will prevail on North Korea -- after all, there is actually a real threat to our national security this time, so the issue cannot be left much longer to be decided by weak minds. Your posts are amusing -- thank you for providing some laughter.
