Bush's actions in moving the US troops to IRAQ made Blair's attempts at getting the UN Security Council involved a mute point. No matter how much Blair attempted to persuade BUSH, Blair could not stop BUSH and eventually got caught up in BUSH's lies. Blair was then forced to support BUSH, as did most of the US.
