Like anything that cannot be verified as genuine, I too tend to be skeptical about unverifiable articles found on the internet..... so I did a search..... seems Christy Ferer is for real..... and her trip is real too.... Here is an MSNBC article that is similar to her E-note she sent her escorts about the experience..... similar, albeit heavily edited in comparison.... stacks.msnbc.com However, you haven't been reading the NYT much lately if you think it will get printed there as a stand alone article. It's way too positive for America, our troops & reviving our commitment to win the war on terrorism. Their obvious liberal bias of late & their consistent negative spin on Iraq & the Bush Administration lead me to believe that they will pass altogether or bury it & headline other negative news & OP ED related articles. I hope the NYT does print it as a positive stand alone piece & prove me wrong. It would make me quite happy knowing that a few hundred thousand folks will get the chance to be touched like I did ;-)
