Hello KJC, all that Mugabe can do is already in the price of Zimplat, and Mugabe will change or be changed. In the meantime, he cannot steal the platinum that is embedded in the rocks, and his replacement will have to make good on any theft of above-ground platinum if he is too revive the economy so as to stay in power.

There is more risk in the two generals, GE and GM, than this is in Zimbabwe.

On the 20%, it sounds plausible, per what South Africa dictated, and can be done even if treated as a tax.
