I cant even CONCEIVE of the average American being willing to vote for Dean and Kerry isnt that far behind him in that regard. From what I hear, I think you are right, the dem primaries basically attract only the far left, then when they go to the general election they switch to a more moderate pose. I never have understood why democrats continually fall for all the bs of their candidates. At least with Bush, what you see is what you get. He doesnt change from one ideology to another, just states his beliefs. If you agree with him, you support him, if you dont you either stay home or swallow your pride and vote for someone you KNOW is bsing you. jdn
