yes, we were. One of the key evidence, if I recall it correctly, was satellite photos of mobile chemical labs. Iraq refused to admit to existence of any labs of that type and hence did not let inspectors examine those labs. As you know, those labs were discovered. Even though that there is no conclusive evidence as of the true purpose of those labs, the Sadam's denial of their existence was a violation and war was a reasonable cause of action to enforce the treaty
