Iraq refused to admit to existence of any labs of that type and hence did not let inspectors examine those labs. As you know, those labs were discovered. Even though that there is no conclusive evidence as of the true purpose of those labs, the Sadam's denial of their existence was a violation and war was a reasonable cause of action to enforce the treaty re: Are you saying they went to war under false pretext? on the contrary
