Ny has executed almost no one. Texas on the other hand has executed plenty. Wonder which state has the higher murder rate over the last five years.

NYC needs "conceal and carry" with NO permits required. The good guys ALWAYS have the bad guys outnumbered, and all NYC would need to do is buy a couple hundred meat wagons to haul away the remains of the criminals. What a cost savings!...
