Jim, I use Telechart 2000. They have "Volume Surge-1 day" and "Volume Surge 5 day" amont the options. I set a number of criteria, including Top 15% "Volume Surge 1 day". I also used "Volume Surge 1 day" for the "sort" which ranked them by percentile. Top 25% "Balance of Power" (sort of like accumulation) was another of the criteria that I chose, along with price and market cap restrictions. There are usually around a hundred that make the list.
