The key to legitimate government is and always has been preventing the illiterate from voting, as well as the welfare deadbeats (including the Social Security welfare deadbeats) voting in elections for officials who are responsible for footing their bills. What's amazing is so many lefties who squeal about "corporate fraud", yet are perfectly content with the conflict of interest and corruption created when Social Security deadbeats go to the polls...
