If there is a concrete compensation offer for Palestinian refugees and descendants (an offer directly to those affected rather than to the PA), I bet Palestinian opinion will match Israeli settler opinion

There have been Israeli offers in the past; all refused. One big difference you have to bear in mind is the different situations of the people involved. The Israeli settlers are citizens of a democracy, free to speak their minds. This is not true of the Palestinians in the PA and Jordan, still less of those in the camps in Lebanon and Syria.
