I think that something that is very important for you to look at is that you sometimes interpret things differently than most others. We have seen it several times on this thread and I am now seeing it with how you are interpreting the policy statements. In other words, I don't see the evidence that you are providing as being meaningful. I suspect that there are others who would agree with me.

Uh oh, not very good news for the no-direct-connection-between-kickbacks-and-advise-to-client-executions argument. Like I said, I did my homework.

This says to me that within the same platform, users can see the information from BigEasy and not have to exit the platform to execute a trade.

Further, I see "buying opportunities" to be fraught with ambiguity. It doesn't sound like a recommendation to me at all. Hell, most traders go short too. He didn't even mention selling opportunities.

I don't see anything that supports your allegations.
