You didn't read the Complaint. It contains claims on behalf of the General Public. You think that's only 3 people? The sale of CyberTrader is therein termed in its entirety, all more than $1/2 billion, an ill-gotten gain. Think Cyber defrauded only 3 clients, that that's how they sold Cyber for $500-800 million?

Wiped out is losing your entire trading capital, though for many that meant a huge amount of their retirement savings.
