Whereas I might agree that bushie and pinhead are equivalent, nonetheless, calling someone a name that has a meaning that is derogatory is against the TOU. SI Bob has stated as much.

I call people 'rightists' or 'extreme right' as an indication of their political leanings. If you call me a liberal or extreme left, it is clearly not a violation. I don't use the word Bushie not because I think it is a violation; it is just a bit childish. But, if you want to report it, go ahead.

Why people cannot carry on a debate without name calling is beyond me. I guess their parents did not teach them to be civil.
