considering the number of questions that you have not answered, I don't feel too bad about ignoring your "to be" question. It isn't relevant and you can use a dictionary like anybody else.

if you want to compare to Park, you have to prove that they knowingly gave bad advice and that they were trading against you.

everything that you have shown is that the defendants were running a daytrading chat. That is different than pump-n-dump schemes.
