Motorola Set to Launch Microsoft Phone This Year

Thanks for the tech link.
That's funny. I just read about that phone on the train
the other day in my Popular Science magazine.

Actually I don't think there was a single article that I
missed in that magazine. My train was stopped in between
stations as we waited for an Amtrack Train to get fixed up
ahead of us. I suppose they had a flat tire or sumptin. I
didn't expect there to be traffic on the train...

I may have to subscribe to a few more magazines if this
keeps up. Eventually they backed us up and had us change
over to the southbound tracks going north and bypass the
broken diesel.

It's sort of weird reading my news and technology stuff on
paper instead of the PC. It's so old skool...

Getting back to phones. During that train delay I tooled
around with my web enabled phone and read my Yahoo email.
Then I played a Yahoo sponsored game of Hangman. I read
some news from MSN and NY Times. I usually use it for just
stock quotes but this time I actually tested out some of
the other internet things that I never used before. I must
say that it has a long way to go before it becomes
something I'd use on a regular basis. It took me forever
just to login to Yahoo using the telephone keys. I wonder
if I ever have a Microsoft phone will I ever get the Blue
Screen Of Death while dialing home or shopping on Amazon. <g>

I was gonna send you an e-mail from the train but then it
started moving again and I went back to staring out the
window at the Hudson River. Maybe tomorrow I'll send you
something.

Lots of sailboats on the Hudson. There are marinas at
nearly every train station for some reason. It had me day-
dreaming of having a sail boat docked there where I would
go to after a day's work. But then reality called me on my
cell phone to ask me what time I was gonna be home for
dinner.

Anyway, I'll be on my sailboat for most of this coming week.
Today I picked up some parts at the Home Depot to fix what
is broken. Some 1/8" steel cable and some string and some
nut things that will help hold the cable and some tape and
some screws. I plan on cruising the entire lake with it.

I also have my camping stuff ready. Next to the bikes,
fishing poles, and golf clubs. Some how I have fit in my
tools to build a 10x20 shed next week too. It should be a
busy but fun week.

And I plan to do some power-meditating there as well.
Or at least study the inside of my eyelids for a while.

I'm not sure where I was heading with this rambling letter
but it's all I have time for. Got be up in a few hours...
