16:26 ET EBAY eBay beats by 2 cents, raises 2003 guidance, announces 2-for-1 split (115.74 +1.60) Reports Q2 (Jun) pro forma earnings of $0.37 per share, $0.02 better than the Reuters Research consensus of $0.35; revenues rose 91.3% year/year to $509.3 mln vs the $504.0 mln consensus. Listings totaled 225 mln, 55% higher than the 145 mln in Q2 2002. Co raises 2003 guidance to $1.47 in EPS on $2.075 bln in sales, vs previous guidance of $1.41 and $2.05 bln (consensus is $1.46 and $2.086 bln). Co also announced a 2-for-1 stock split. down $4 in AH trading.....the winds, they are a-changing.
