Perhaps it was but part time has an advantage to the employer as it means less costs for benefits. Insurance is not a low ticket item.

I can't call it at present as I feel Ca has been booming due to property and increased flexibility of finance. As interest rates rise and deter refinance as well as increase costs to own it could be very negative for the state.

Small oddity is that in 29 unemployment and the subsequent stats were indicative of low unemployment. So I do know that unemployment figures are probably not as meaningful as the ones you are compiling.
