doesn't that pretty much describe how the RE market has been for the last year? only the price of the houses is being bid up as interest rates fall....

which position would you think a first time buyer would rather be in..

time buyer purchasing a house at a lower price with a higher, deductible interest rate? or purchasing a high priced (imo inflated) home at a lower rate?
