Not at all. I make a distinction between honest criticism and criticism driven by prejudice. I have had many fights on the Bush thread deploring the tendency of some to bandy about the term "treason". Nor do I think that Bush- bashing is necessarily the same as Anti- Americanism. It is perfectly possible to despise a particular leader, fairly or not, without tending to despise American society and institutions. However, there are those who do betray an animus against the United States, and a drive to indict rather than defend or even take a balanced view, and sometimes, well, they get on my nerves.......
