I have to agree with the one who said respect is earned, especially on these threads where so many underhanded tactics are ventured. Everyone gets tested. So the format is, show me don't tell me. Show people you are worthy of respect via credible arguments and discussion and you will get it...along with an occassional prod and poke. Alliances are cheap, agendas transparent.
