I didn't say it was incriminating. It was advice, that was the point, because today we've been talking about whether or not TP gave advice, which they said under oath they didn't, ever. Also, some here said that maybe you should select from the advice. That advice doesn't sound like you should ignore it or select. That was that point.

I have a feeling you have been a professional. Like I said, to professionals it is appalling and what you said about nailing people who did these things for kickbacks earned some respect from me. I'm sure you realize that these kinds of business practices are apt to tarnish the whole industry, and they have done extreme damage to trading. More on that later, but I'm sure you know how this has hurt the industry, a few people blowing it for well-meaning and talented professionals and their clients alike.
