I think the valuations today of WFT NBR for example are absurd. At these price levels I am holding. The market evidently thinks the NG cycle is probably over. I am about 90% invested and wont be shaken much from these levels, but I want to see/expect something better than today's injection before loading the boat well into margin.

I have no doubt that the NG drilling cycle has another 4-6 quarters to go, but I am not real confidant that I will be able to guess when the institutions will come to the same conclusion and drive up valuations.

Hi Commander - My biggest holding is TMR, with some KCS and a little PLLL.

I don't think the sell off is through yet...wait until August, we should see prices drift lower.

Re: San Jose - The real estate industry has built far more office space that there are houses - they kept building when rental occupancy was over 98%, and commutes where very long....

Place is extensively overbuilt. I can't imagine a realistic sceanario where the buildings get used in the next 20 years. Unlike Texas in the 1980s

Good side is that most companies will have VERY cheap rent....

ot: san jose area was just like that in the very late 80s and early 90s. i was out there every few weeks. it was amazing to me how fast it changed though. it went from everything was empty to everything was almost full. also it went from no problem getting a hotel room anywhere to there are no more rooms available really fast in the early 90s. maybe it won't change so fast again, but it is amazing how fast the capacity got used up in the early 90s when things picked up in the bay area.
