Have you heard there's going to be a coup next year? Before the election I think. Bush's boys are going to explode a dirty bomb in the Capitol. Hence Congress can't meet. (Why couldn't they meet somewhere else? Ask Ray. Maybe the plot is for them to be in session and be killed by the bomb.) Bush declares a state of emergency and national martial law and never lets go. Ask Ray. I'm sure he'll be glad to tell you all about it. Or deny it. If he does, let me know and I'll find the links. On the Stop the War thread, as I recall. I've offered to bet Ray on this, but he won't touch it.
