Why would you ask SIBob if Yogi is an alias of yours? You don't know? On top of everything else, do you have multiple personalities? The kind where one personality doesn't know what the others are doing? The only reason I can think of for you to ask SIBob if Yogi is an alias of yours, is if it is, and you'd like to know if Bob has caught on yet. And, no, he WOULDN'T know, because there are various ways of masking an alias, such that Bob would not be able to tell.
