refi activity down 7% -- some guy in the industry on the radio said consumers have it all wrong -- he calculates that still 65% of all mortgages would benefit from a refi -- are you sure you don't need one??

looks like slowing in growth to me -- in the summer ...

and this was before bonds caved.
