Clashes between tribes and a military occupation by the US probably means:
the bloodletting will be endless, as you point out.

And we are stuck in Iraq for years.

Why won't folks in California blame Bush for their financial problems? You pay a great
deal in taxes to the federal government. What do you get in return? A war in Iraq and
a huge federal deficit. Bush has not helped the states weather the current crisis. We
all suffer.

If all that isn't bad enough, we are are stuck with John Ashcroft who will try to change
our moral values to conform with his.
