North Korea has been a supplier to Iran for some time.


1985: Iran agrees to finance North Korea's Scud-B program in exchange for both missile technology and the option to buy the missiles when they become available.

Of course, so has China. Our relations with China need to be improved if we are going to control NK and Iranian proliferation. All the more reason for you to release to the press and Congress your sources of information about the secret act of war against China by the Clinton administration which you claim to be certain took place. If the charge you've made is true, telling the truth about this might be a path to better Chinese-American relations.
