We know for a fact that driver resisted arrest so now it is for you to prove that driver resisted arrest in such an extremely careful way so it could have not been misinterpreted (or maybe even interpreted correctly) re: Intentional = Intended; not intentional = accidental that is more of a matter of interpretation and translation. Intentional can also be viewed as that the officer smashed the window in order to shoot rather than arrest re: or your silly explantion that indicates it was accidental. could it be that that was because I was saying that it was accidental re: I don't find their claim to be careful to have any credibility. what exactly that was not credible? It sounds like that you claim that Israelis chased and surrounded the car with an intention to kill and resisting arrest was an independent event......
