biz.yahoo.com This is interesting! What happens when the Frenzy is over. That is the 64M question. The cynic in me says that rates keep going up forcing more and more people to get it done now. Then what? Then Greenspan or Bernake or someone pulls some stunt to force rates lower. Voilla... In 6 months we get another wave of refinancing for all the late comers. Any thoughts on this. One thought is that FNM is in the middle of one huge FN whipsaw but let's see. Other thoughts? M
