Oil facilities fixed and running, water systems repaired, electrical working except for interruptions, UN permission to sell oil, etc. Banking system established. Money flowing Condemnation for not having a plan is ridiculous, nobody knew how long the Iraqis would resist, and no one has tried to form a new government from scratch under the conditions existing in Iraq. But the goal is very clear and always has been and so why explain it -its obvious To have a viable, successful, self-governing country with citizen voting rights, and to reduce our imposing forces as soon as fewer are needed to keep the goals on track Dont need no %^&* schedule for the unknown, which would be hacked by the Press. . The benefits will be a stable world oil supply, a useful market for trading and selling US products, and hopefully a better attitude in the region toward Democracy.
