I follow the stock technically as I'm often asked to comment on it. Every attempt at a rally is met with more selling. I mentioned to those fellas that it looked like institutional selling to me. The 20 ema has been my guide on this one. Weak stocks fail to get through it, strong stocks bounce off it. Rig just can't seem to gather enough momentum to rise above it. I'm not familiar with the fundamentals but, there's something about a spin off or some other such event hanging over their head.
