This isn't true.

Broaderick's affidavit was clearly done out of fear of her personal destruction after having seen what he did to his other victims.

What part of your position looks suspiciously like a very partisan Rep. with an axe to grind?

I think I explained it pretty well in that post. With Clinton there is a huge history of this kind thing; in the Kobe case there is no history. Also, specifically in the Broaderick case there were witnesses who provided contemporaneous statements, whereas there is apparently nothing of that sort in the Bryant case.

Uh, I don't believe you "told" me that. But it is precisely the point. In every instance Clinton used his power against his victim. The Broaderick case is striking, because he was AG at the time and that would have made it exceptionally difficult for him to be prosecuted.
