What is wrong with you?

Hey, I'm simply correcting your errneous statements.

Then, you ARE claiming that people saw Clinton rape Juanita?

Again, you apparently don't understand the meaning of the word "witness".

Uh......nearly a year ago when you were alleging that Clinton had raped Monica. It wasn't until other conservatives on the thread pointed out the error of your thinking that you backed off that position.

I haven't backed off my position. I simply pointed out that when a man uses rohypnol to intoxicate a woman then sexually assault her, that power is well known to be an "intoxicant", and that Clinton's absuse of his power, effectively "intoxicating" Lewinsky, a near-teenager, it ought to be thought of as rape.

I stand by my statement. But I think Tim made a good argument against my statement. I still feel that what Clinton did to Lewinsky was tantamount to some kind of sexual assault. Call it rape, sexual assault, DWI, I don't care.

There is something wrong when the most powerful man in the world can sodomize a naive 22 year old and get away with it. The imbalance of power makes its flatly impossible, from a rational perspective, for her to have given consent.

The personality of Clinton is very similar to Bryant.......they are soft spoken men whom you instinctly know would not hurt someone intentionally.

I have no real evidence that Clinton ever raped or tried to rape anyone. I would not accuse him of being a rapist. But I don't think you can tell that someone is not a rapist just because they are soft spoken or intelligent or charismatic.

Its the need for power, not abusing one's power. Clinton had more power than any one man could use in a lifetime......he didn't need to prove he was powerful in the sack. Did you not take psych. 101?

I took psych 101 and 3 other psych classes. Nothing in any of them convinced me that a powerful man can not be a rapist. Not all rape is about having to prove your power, and in any case sometimes powerful men still feel the need to prove they are powerful.

I couldn't join in with either side of this argument. Neither "Clinton is a rapist", nor "Clinton can not possibly be a rapist", has anything solid behind it.
