Whats the worst, I mean absolute worst that can happen here, maybe a correction in the naz of 10%? You say at most a 10% correction...again, I hope you are correct, but how many people expected 3 years of carnage? For almost 3 years all we did was go down, and every expert for 3 years said "we are near the bottom, not much downside left...great time to buy...." and what happened, we just kept going down and down and down. I remember when naz went to mid 5000's and then tanked to 4500. Everybody said we got our correction and now is the time to buy. Then at 3500 every expert said it is way overdone to the downside and now is the time to buy. No way we go below 3000. Then as we wen't under 3000, every expert said it was the golden buying Opp of a lifetime. Meanwhile, we went all the way to about 1000 on Naz. Then, when we get that low, all the experts switch tunes and start saying market could be down to flat for quite some time...and we rallied to current levels, with a few blips along the way. Bottom line is never say never and always expect the unexpected. Anything can happen. Frankly, I am disappointed stocks like beas, fdry, jnpr and etc, can't seem to make a nice run higher. Sure, each has already had a nice little run, but they quit running awhile ago and now can't seem to move up, even on a green day for markets. And AAII. Jeez, what an excellent, sound company. Blew away earnings, raised guidance...everything looked as good as it could in it's earnings report, but she went from close to $23 to low $16's in like 2 days, on a wonderful earnings report. Hard to figure this market and why stocks do what they do. $hit flies, quality gets whacked. Great earnings, and people sell off the stock. Lousy earnings and people bid up the price. Amazing and unpredictable market, thats for sure.
