"And if they harm the Country while they are carrying on their deception, they don't seem to care."

What a great statement of how many in this country feel about this administration.

Why would people want to "harm" Bush? They don't. They don't like his politics, and they see another direction for the country. Making the opposition sound like they are personally out for Bush, and willing to harm the country to get to him is just demagoguery.

What a crock of manure. The idea that anybody who doesn't hold with this or that policy of W is going to "harm the Country" is pretty typical for rational right thought, but then rational right seems like a candidate for oxymoronicity around here these days. God and W, not necessarily in that order, seems to be the line du jour. Anybody who doesn't venerate the ground W walks on is guilty of hatred, I hear.

Lieberman damaged his credibility by reversing long held positions to get on the Gore ticket, but he is still one of the best the Democrats have. Dean is an offensive piece of work, and Hillary, well, enough already. The Democrats really don't have a lot of attractive candidates any more. I would rather see Ed Koch than most of their field. He has more brains and personality than most of them.........
