Thanks for bringing me up to speed. I figured something like that but had been out of the loop. So since he left were just trading the shell here pretty much or did he turn it over to some one else?

Actually, this "appears" not to be the case. I spoke with Delmar Janovic today (or at least someone claiming to be him). He stated they moved to another office in the same complex and that is why I found the offices appearing to be vacant. The current company address is: 3450 E. Russell Rd. Suite 116 Las Vegas, NV 89120 phone 702-214-4249. He claims he is very much involved in the company and has too much personal money tied up in it to even considering leaving at this point.

He stated he is working on several things some of which we talked about and some of which he couldn't yet discuss. He referred me to the company website which I was not aware of at: ameriresourcetechnologies.com
He stated this site has been up about 2 months now. I have looked at it and it seems fairly up to date with most of what he and I talked about. In the "Contact Us" section of the website is Delmar's personal company email address of ARESCEO1@cs.com for those not living local to Las Vegas that would like to ask him some specific questions directly. That page also reverifies Delmar as CEO.

All in all I am happy with the return call I got from Delmar and am happy I held my ARES last week and will be looking to acquire more in the very near future. I feel Delmar's still working for us and continueing to develop things that will eventually increase shareholder value.

I encourage other investors with specific questions to contact Delmar via phone or email to get their own sense of the state of the company but for now, I feel ok being a part owner of ARES and will probably stay in it for awhile this time.
