Crude did not budge - I think it is more to do with short busting in the stock market than anything else.

10 year treasury note at 4.18 % that is up from a low of 3% and is a huge difference somehow no one pays attention.

All they talk about is rise in mortgage rates around 1% but that is BIG MONEY

Mortgage payment are higher by 14% for a 30year mortgage and by 10% for the same amount of loan on a 20 year mortgage.

Housing will just start to slide as many would be buyers will not be approved or can not afford the prices now.

The home equity loan candy will evaporate in thin air
