Yeah he offered to resign because he feels he should have had those remarks pulled. Wasn't that the rouse?

But when you add it all up there was no evidence that we needed to immediately invade Iraq.

And Tenet's failure to do his job indicates something far more sinister, to mislead the American Public.

And Bush's failure to fire Tenet indicates that Bush was happy with the way Tenet allowed the misinformation to be used in the SOTU.

Quid pro quo.
