As for the spin on the threat, I grant they highlighted the nasty bits as much as possible. When sizing up a threat you have to think in worst case and try to plan for everything - impossible, but always you plan for worst case. I understand.....planning for the worst case is smart but the spin was used to convince Americans to go to war. Furthermore, it looks less and less like the worst case scenario was planned fo post war. re:Even if they could create bio WMD, they had no place to store them. They would degrade in a very short period of time. If you've done all the basic research and have the equipment on hand (dual use or a centrifuge in the garden) you can make the stuff pretty quickly.
