I agree.

For any who keep their eyes open, it becomes difficult to understand how any investor can believe the hogwash that there will be a second half recovery. From my point of view, things appear to be shaping up for a second half swan dive. (NG)

I've been watching the US economy now for many years, but I have never seen anything as messy as this ....... ever.

anyone know what percent of mortgage loans are adjustable vs fixed? and what percent of loans are 1,2,5 ARMS?
the shorter the ARMS the more quickly we could see a housing bust, as the people that use arms are the ones that needed the lowest rate possible in order to buy the house and can least afford higher rates...
