They will tell you that islam is a religion of peace and tolerance when there are dozens of examples of belligerence and intolerance in the Qur’an.... And the same in the Holy Bible, but it was still wrong for the Christian Crusader's to engage in persecution of Muslim's. The difference with Islam is; Islam requires interpretation. This is why so many years of study are required before someone can be legitimately qualified to interpret the true meaning. Makes sense to me that God would make His last revelation one in which would require some interpretation based on the time-frame etc. In addition to giving Islam first to Arabs. IC
