Sure it ran from $7 or so to $23 pretty darn quick, but they just came out with record breaking income, raised guidance and etc, etc. Everything was very positive, and frankly, even at $23 I think she is a great long term company to hold. They have been, and are, executing very, very nicely....market cap still pretty low, IMO...but for some reason, after such a stellar earnings report she got whacked from $23 to $16's in 2 days. I guess I wont complain, and if the shorts bring her down to $10 or below, I'll back up the truck like I should have done last time she was in the $7 - $10 area, instead of backing up my little red wagon <ggg> I use E-trade, and am a power e-trade customer so I get levl2, real time streaming quotes and all kinds of cool stuff and comission is 9.95. No annual fees, Regular e-trade is also very good and commissions are 14.95 and 19.95. No annual fee's either. I also use SSB and am a preferred client so my broker trades are pretty reasonable and my online trades on SSB's online trading site are also very reasonable for a full service broker. I dont do much trading with that account, but I usually recall seeing commissions of about $25 or so when I do trade online thru SSB. And again, no annual fee's or hidden costs. I've looked into some of the other discount brokerages and all of those that are cheaper then e-trade did not impress me at all. I'd rather pay 9.95 then 4.95 and have a far better service. Also, many companies allow you to buy stock direct from the company. No commissions. And you even get the actual stock certs mailed to you. Every company is different as far as stipulations ( minimum amount must be purchased for some and etc, etc) Also have account with ML, which is retirement stuff I dont really mess with, but I wouldnt recommend merril. I also have account direct thru Vanguard, which is mostly retirement, mutual funds and etc. I like it because there is no fee and I can change and re-allocate funds from one fund to another without any cost. Thanks, and good luck
