Isn't Iraq like two separate oil countries.. kurds in north .. and shites in south.. can't these oil industries run separate in Iraq and political influences have different effects.... I am not familiar with the country but I thought the bottom problem was to not have the country break up into three separate states... I am sure the blowing up of the distribution lines and power stations will eventually be controlled.. They now have 12,000 police in Bagdah and 10,000 Iraq soldiers ready for training.. we are making progress... Now lets get some investments going in Iraq...
