Only a naive person would think so. She knew more at 21 than you will know at 50. LA is another place in time and space.

What a crock. City life is city life; I put in my 15 years. I've got news: LA is no different from any other cesspool in the country. It doesn't matter which cesspool you're in. (Sorry city dwellers -- I gave up being an ant 10 years ago <g>...)

Have you been to LA? The kids there do tattoes, piercings, make up etc when they are still in single digits. Its not surprising to see a 6 year old with a pierced ear. They become gangbangers at the age of 11,12.

They also think they know how to deal better than everyone else. That's where Monica was in her head. She thought she could handle an affair with the prez......in fact, that was "way cool". Of course, she got in over head but she did it willingly with a great deal of joy.

When I got to LA, I noticed that the kids were different. Nearly ten years later when I left, I figured kids had changed. I was blown away when I got here and saw how kids were just like I was as a kid or like most kids.

I know you won't believe me but LA is a city unto its own.
