At some point, our soldiers are going to have to arrest him. There isn't any choice, if he keeps calling for an Iraqi army to resist our occupation.

Two reasons many Iraqis (according to various news stories) want our soldiers to stay in Iraq, are: 1) the fear that Hussain will return to power if we leave, and 2) the fear that chaos we result, if we leave.

If Hussain is captured (or, more likely, killed), and there is chaos even with our occupation, those two reasons dissolve. We have a window of opportunity here, but it won't stay open forever.
