I am saying that it seems to have all the technological knowledge it needs, plus some stores of enriched uranium, so that, if it does not have a bomb, it is likely to have one in the next couple of years. A lot of Russian technicians and scientists have gone to Iran to lecture and train their Iranian counterparts, and the IAEA recently discovered enriched uranium at a site it inspected, although not in sufficient quantity to be sure of how to interpret it.
