Bush is still trying to get others to take the fall for his SOTU, from Tenet in the CIA, to British Intelligence and this day to Condoleeza Rice (how unchivalrous of him). That's not a spin. All you have to do is read the news to see the blame game continues. You believe sources such as Newsweek, USA Today, Christian Science Monitor, San Francisco Chronicle are suspect, and that Fox News, NewsMax and Ann Coulter are "reliable" sources. That's your choice.
